Circuit Thai
Circuit Thai training sessions offer a unique blend of traditional circuit training and dynamic Thai boxing techniques. If you’re fed up with your regular gym sessions then give Circuit Thai a try – we think you’ll enjoy it! The class is strictly non-contact, although you may get to hit a boxing bag, you don’t have to worry as you won’t get hit back.
This class offers a way for people with little interest in contact Thai Boxing to benefit from the fitness that the sport can bring by way of using a variety of techniques in order to work all the muscle groups in an effective cardiovascular workout.
You will be constantly introduced to a variety of new moves and routines executed at high intensity so that your body never plateaus, your mind never gets bored and your soul is inspired.
